If you live in a Multi-family complex, please contact your property manager or property owner to learn of the Trash and Recycling Collection services they have contracted to receive.
Standard Collection Service for residents in single-family homes, duplexes and triplexes is provided on regular routes, the same day each week.

Trash Collection
Every resident can choose between one gray 96-gallon cart or one 64-gallon cart for trash.*
Recyclables Collection
Every resident can choose between one blue 96-gallon cart or one 64-gallon cart for recyclables.*
Green Waste Collection
Every resident is entitled to one 96-gallon cart for green waste.*
Scheduled Pick-Up
Each residence is assigned a dedicated trash and recycling collection day. Visit the Pick Up Schedule page for the schedule, or call us at (909) 866-3942, and our friendly team will assist you.
Wildlife Safety Tip
Help keep our wildlife safe and our community clean. Trash cans should be at the curb for up to 12 hours. Part-time residents or renters can use our Clean Bear Drop-Off Sites for convenient disposal.
Recycling Made Simple
Big Bear Disposal is dedicated to making recycling simple and accessible, helping residents reduce their environmental footprint.
Each home is provided with a large 96-gallon blue recycling cart to manage recyclable materials effectively. For households requiring additional capacity, a second cart is available at no extra cost, and additional carts can be requested for a small fee.
Additional Recycling options are available at Big Bear Disposal’s Clean Bear Sites 1 and 2.

Green Waste Collection
Green waste collection with Big Bear Disposal is designed to make yard clean-up simple and hassle-free. Each residence is entitled to a 96-gallon green waste cart at no additional cost, providing a convenient way to dispose of yard debris.
In addition, Residents participating in the regular Green Waste Collection Program can place up to five bags of yard waste next to their carts at the curb each week, ensuring their outdoor spaces stay tidy.
For those Residents that only need green waste collection periodically and choose not to receive the green waste cart, Big Bear Disposal will collect up to 15 bags of green waste in any given week.
Should additional capacity be needed, carts are available for a small fee, making it easy to customize the service to your needs.

Clean Bear Drop-Off Sites
Perfect for part-time residents and visitors, our two Clean Bear Drop-Off Sites offer convenient, accessible trash and recycling disposal.
Bulky Item Collection
Disposing of large items is straightforward and convenient with Big Bear Disposal’s Bulky Item Collection Service. Each residence is entitled to one free curbside pick-up per year, accommodating up to three cubic yards of waste or four large items such as furniture or mattresses.
Residents requiring additional pick-ups can easily schedule these for a fee. Alternatively, bulky items can be dropped off at Clean Bear Site #1 throughout the year, provided proof of residency is shown, offering a flexible solution for managing oversized waste.
Pull-Out Cart Service
For residents who find it challenging to bring carts to the curb, our pull-out service is here to help. Our collection drivers will pull your carts to the curb and return them to your storage location each service day, up to 100 feet.
Residents with a documented disability that prevents them from being able to move their carts to the curb can receive this service at no additional charge. If you believe you might qualify for this service at no charge, just call our friendly, local Customer Service Team to learn the requirements.If you do not qualify for the no-charge service, you can still receive it for a small fee.
Bear-Proof Carts
Keep wildlife and pets out of your trash with our durable bear-proof carts. Available for a one-time fee, these carts provide peace of mind for nature-loving residents.

Simple Billing
Basic Residential services are conveniently billed through your annual property tax bill, making payments seamless and stress-free.
Additional services such as billable additional carts, Pull-out service, Bear-Proof carts, Bulky Item collection in excess of once per year and “Rent-a-Bin” are billed directly by Big Bear Disposal. Payment options include: our Payment Portal accessible on this website, credit card (online, by phone or in-person), check by mail or in-person and cash.
