The Clean Bear drop-off facilities have bins designated for household refuse, recycling, green/yard waste, E-waste, universal waste and ashes only. Ashes must be soaked for a minimum of 48 hours prior to disposal.

Clean Bear Site Restrictions Per CBBL Ordinance 2002-8.64.150

  • No liquids, furniture or appliances allowed.
  • No commercial cardboard or commercial waste of any kind. Contractor and commercial dumping prohibited.
  • No construction/demolition debris, including lumber.
  • No hazardous waste, including solvents, paint, oil, car batteries, medical waste, explosives, etc. Hazardous waste can be taken to Public Works on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm, weather permitting.
  • No green waste from contractors. You are a contractor if you are paid to haul green waste.

Violators of this ordinance face of fine of $250 under BBLMC 8.64.140 and 8.65.150. For information, contact Big Bear Disposal at (909) 866-3942 during business hours.
