  1. Bear Disposal provides residential, commercial and industrial trash and recycling collection services to Big Bear Lake, Fawnskin, Baldwin Lake and Lake Erwin.  In addition, we offer portable toilet services from Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory through Running Springs, and up the mountain to all of Bear Valley.
Basically, if there is a viable market for a given material, it can be recycled.  Currently, Big Bear Disposal is recycling plastic and glass beverage and food bottles and containers, aluminum and metal cans, heavy plastic containers (such as those used for laundry detergent and cleansers), paper (envelopes, office paper, junk mail, etc.) and cardboard boxes (including shipping boxes such as the ones Amazon uses and cereal boxes).
Big Bear Disposal asks that you have your trash and recycling ready for pick up and accessible by our vehicles by 6:00 am each service day.  If our trash and recycling was out by 6:00 am and you think that we missed you, you have several options.  You can wait a while to see if the driver is running late.  Sometimes weather or other conditions put us behind, and we are on the job later than usual.  You can call our Customer Service Team to find out if we are running late.  If we are not running late, however, and we have simply missed your stop, let our Customer Service Team know.  In such situations, we will do our best to collect your trash and/or recycling before the end of the day.  If we cannot get back to you before the end of the day, we will schedule a special pick up for you the following day.

Ordering new and/or additional services is simple.  Just call our local Customer Service Team at (909) 866-3942 and a team member will take care of you.
